Petar Pop Arsov

Petar Pop Arsov is a distinguished Macedonian revolutionist, founder of the Macedonian Revolutionary Organization. During his stay in Bulgaria, where he has been studying, he collaborated with numerous representatives of the Macedonian intellectual class, among who are: Krste Petkov Misirkov, Dame Gruev, Goce Delčev and \orče Petrov. They developed the idea of creation of ‘Macedonian Literary Association’which was devoted to the Macedonian national ideas and published the magazine „Loza“ (Vine). Petar Pop Arsov is the author of the first constitution of the Macedonian Revolutionary Organization. He was member of the Secret Macedonian Revolutionary Organization and author of many publications. In 1893 he set the foundations of IMRO in Thessaloniki.
