The Holy Mother’s Church

The Holy Mother’s Church is situated on the eastern side of the city. It has been built by a Vlachian minority in the years 1874 -1905. That’s why it is known as Vlachian Church. The group of the outstanding master Damjan, son of Andreja Damjanov, who was one of the most prominent constructors in the Balkans, has been working on its final appearance. Dimitrij Boga, from the family Boga has been appointed as its vicar.
