It is set in the newly-inhabited part of the city, in the immediate vicinity of the ‘Alekso Demnievski – Bauman’ garrison. With a proportional sculpture, the monument depicts the work of the great Macedonian revolutionist and first chairman of the ASNOM Presidium, Panko Brašnar. Set in 2004,  the monument is a work of art of the Macedonian academic sculptor Petar Hadži Boškov. It is made in a block of marble, and it is more than four meter high including its platform. The purpose of the sculpture is to show dif-ferent stages of the life and work of Panko Brašnar.
